Our carefully curated training ebooks leave no stone unturned and include several effective workouts that help individuals see impressive results. We know our clients want to experience life-changing results that boost their confidence and make them feel incredible, and we're here to ensure that happens for them by offering the professional advice they want and need.

 

Unfortunately, most companies selling workout ebooks only offer a single workout plan. However, we're not like the rest. At MyFitAcademy, we don't believe that a one size fits all approach is the way to go, so we've taken the time to add multiple workout plans into a single ebook. As a result, you can choose which workouts you'd like to try and continue doing to achieve optimal results. We believe that when people can choose from an extensive list of exercises, they will feel more inclined to get started on their fitness journey because they can find different physical activities that they’re comfortable doing.

 

We've developed one book for men and one for women, keeping in mind the biological differences between the two and how many calories they should aim to burn each day to lose weight or maintain a healthy and desirable weight. Along with creating separate books for women and men, we've also included illustrations of exercises that will walk our clients through the process of working out and having a genuinely good time doing so.
